Funny thing is, so many women pick guys that treat them like shit and ignore the decent guys (who they usually keep as "just-friends", and have to help undo the damage done.)
Truth be told, women are often just as unfaithful, they're just better at not getting caught.

hey, you get what ya' pay for. if it is common knowledge that musicians are like that, don't date them. i wouldn't say all musicians are like that (*cough cough* take me for instance). i would also like to add that i know my fair share of girls who act that way as well.
as for being the cruellist thing a man can do, i would disagree. there are a million things crueller that can be done. like a hole in the floor in the cellar, gasoline, and razor blades to start with.

In my experience, women more often than not see being a nice guy as a weakness. As a result, they date the asshole. Hence, they gets what they gets.

Just found out my friend's live-in boyfriend of nearly 6 years has been cheating on her with other girls...And this sure as hell ain't the first time something like this happens in the rockworld (or should I say the whole world)

one of my exes of 5+ years cheated on me and then after she got caught, left me and dated the guy and even MARRIED him, she found out he was a JERK, UNFAITHFUL, and even gave her STD'S to boot she realized her mistake and apperently started asking around about my wherabouts as she *apperently* realized her mistakes! This society places waaaayy too much value on physical appearance. The media shoves it down our throats constantly. If your not under 21,totaly svelte,buff,gorgeous etc,your not a good catch. This leaves women desperately trying to live up to some fairy tale image and the men that swallow it, feel they have to have this type of woman in order to feel validated. Now in the real world,take a look around you. I guess if you live in L.A. this isn't a good indicator since most everyone male and female has been altered in some way. Do you see runway models at your local grocery store? putting gas in thier car's. not really. rarely. The bottom line is we will ALL hopefully get old. We will not all stay physically attractive if in fact we ever were to begin with. this is no revelation. I don't see why people put so much emphasis on physical attraction. This is alot of what cheating is about. If you have a good man or woman in your life,cherish that person.If you have 100 other guys or woman clamoring for your attention so what??? what do they REALLLY want from you??? not much and they'll give you even less.

I also always believed that once you hit a point in a relationship when your eye seriously wandered, it was time to bail. But my eye always wandered because I got annoyed with the person, not because something better or just "different" came along.
As for being cheated on. Twice. The one time was a girl I had been dating for 10 months. She insisted she didn't do anything, but I chose to listen to a buddy and use that as reason to get away.
The second situation was when a girlfiend became one of Nivek Ogre's Chicago groupie chicks, and I heard enough about them that I called that one off RIGHT THEN AND THERE!!! Like I wanted to take a chance on THAT! [img]rolleyes.gif[/img]
