Nope... no baffle in the JAZ can.

Greg, how do you have yours installed, i want to make sure i've got positive pressure which i don't think i do, because i never get anything in my can, nothing....?
Mine is open atmosphere. Since the blowby gasses will follow the path of least resistance, I assume most of it goes out through the oil seperator box instead of up and out of the valve cover.
I never get anything in the can itself.

oil sep. to jaz, jaz to intake?
Mine goes from oil seperator box to jaz can and from valve cover to jaz can.
The inlet on the air intake it just capped off.

ok good, thats exactly how i have mine.
If the can is opened to the atmosphere, perhaps the vaccum suction is drawing all the air from the atmosphere and not from the oil separator itself...defeating the entire purpose. My setup is a closed system as TOO has suggested and I get TONS of oil. If I don't drain the thing out for a couple of weeks, it'll probably be filled with oil.
