For me it was when my Mom cleaned my room out (she was pissed cuz I didn't keep it clean) when I was at school one day and she lost a memory card that had,
A Wild Arms 1&2 save file, both in the last dungeon,
TWO Grandia one save files both at the final save point,
My first FFVII save file, at the end too,
Star Ocean 2 Save file about 15 hours in,
Some various other stuff on the card that wasn't as important, oh yeah, just remembered,
14 hour Castlevania SOTN save file with Alucard at like level 63 and two Crissaegrim's and TWO Rune Swords.
To this day I'm pissed about this, nearly 200 hours of me life pissed away for nothing.

That happend when Worms Armaggeddon kinda became "not-responding". I spent a lot of time to play those missions and, well the computer simply froze!
I was extremly pissed!!!

well i was playing pso and i got my character up to level 21 (her name is chookin) and went to fight with this monster and lost all my stuff cuz the game froze and lost the character too. so i had to start from level one again. but...some people felt bad 4 me, and gave me some new stuff, like a double saber and a cute little chao mag! yaay, so i guess thats not to bad.

*Shiver* My worst experience with games is playing bodyworks. It's this game where you get shrunk tiny and have to kill evil viruses. And for some reason, it scared the hell out of me... I couldn't go to sleep without playing a tape, but then i became scared of one of the songs on the tape... *Sigh* It's a vicious cycle...

This coulda been the worst situation and I would have like broken down and wanted to kill someone... there was a HUGE storm here in Houston a while ago, and I wasnt here, so the Comp was plugged in, and even with the surge protector it got sorta messed up. Of what I've found I only lost like 4 files, one of which was my NWN level, which had been completed only 3 days earlier. Fortunately, I'm smart and kept 2 backups. ;-)

hmm the worst huh? ... hmmm i had to reformat my computer and lost my game of Seiken Densetsu3 and i was right at the end... it sucked big time i still havent beat it b/c i cant get past the dragon hole cavern area ^^U

I lost my Super Mario 64 ;_; I was so close to getting all the stars in it.
Also, some of the games I bought that I ended up hating. That always sucks x_o

Elf, I feel for you [img]frown.gif[/img] It takes ages to level up in PSO... I lost a Lv.14 character because the game was saving and my mom had to pass at that exact moment, disconnecting the controller > [img]frown.gif[/img] . I created a new character and paid my brother to level her up until level 14.
IRT Sizer: Yeah, that happens sometimes [img]frown.gif[/img] Well, "hating" a game I bought only happened me once, but there are a couple games I had bought now I wouldn't pay the price of a virgin CD for.

Playing on the last stage, with 119 stars and 98 coins,(not to mention I've been trying to get this last star for about 2 weeks) lights on the house flash, game goes off, controller hits wall....

The worst thing to happen to me in a video game was in FF9. I had just got to the world map and decided not to save. I go into a dungeon, go through the whole thing, take a wrong turn and miss the save point and then get killed by the boss. 3 hours for nothing. Not as bad as Bojack but those 3 hours meant a lot to me.

Ouch >_o I had a similiar situation. I was playing FF9 on Christmas day, and I had played it probably half-way through the disc...
Till I realized my Mom had bought the wrong memory card for it and I couldn't save it... x_x

My worst thing in Games was when i was playing Alien vs predator, and the Screen went blank, and the CPU wasn't unable to restart... three months later i had to change Comp's main board.

No, it simply was random. When it tried to load the next screen to finishing the level, it freezed, and went bai bai.

Worst thing?
Well, once my brother saved over one of my game files when I was about 30 hours into the game (I can't remember which game it was right now.)
There have also been plently of occurences when the game I'm playing freezes up or stops working. >_<
