The new Chris Botti holiday cd DECEMBER features both Vinnie and Peter Erskine on drums. Get in the Christmas mood listening to both of these great drummers.

A NAMM get together for HOD forumites would be pretty cool!

I'm coming across from the UK for NAMM and wondered what is going on around that time (in terms of gigs) I'll be around for about 10 days so if anyone has any info on gigs at that time I would be most grateful....

Really looking forward to it even though its a working visit.... sure Ill still have a ball!

The only show announced so far has been Elton John for a big Yamaha party. Other shows usually are announced closer to NAMM, although Jing Chi is doing a week in dec at Yoshi's in San Fransisco.

I'm going back to my HOD T-Shirt idea. It would be very cool walking around NAMM and seeing another HOD Dude! There has to be a way to make a T-Shirt w/o offending anybody's copyright laws, etc.
The Yamaha gigs at NAMM are HARD to attend. They had limited tix's last year and only went to Yamaha dealers. I was with Roland and they wouldn't budge. I would love to attend Groove Night 4 this coming show.
Last year Vinnie played with the Fab Four (not those guys) at the Baked Potato and there was some cool shows in the LA area.

RE T-SHirts.
I could do a thing like THIS SITE HAS HERE but it would be a logo with the site name. A left hand conventional grip with the title maybe. SImilar to the top of the web page. IDEAS ARE WELCOME if any of you are photoshop elitists get to work and email me your stuff. I'll do it if theres enough interest.
