Actualy it's the TV series (20 eppisodes planned in total) and the Fuchicomas are back ( allthough they are called Tatchicomas, in SAC)
There is even an episode where one goes on a little 'walkabout'

I think there are fan-subed versions of the first 12 (so currently all) episodes. But don't ask me where from.

Look closer. All the cars are tied together with string, and only the first car in the line as someone driving.
