Shatzy and I have had a brief conversation about one Mrs. Bonnie Black at UALR who has her PhD in....BASKET WEAVING and insists on being called Dr. Black (she will correct you if you say Mrs.) Today I was called into the art office to "run an errand for the department" Turns out, Mrs. Black forgot her purse in another building and needed my fucking assistance in retrieving it...my thought was..."Why don't you just fucking weave a new purse, Dr."

I mentioned it last year, but PS2 almost wasn't gonna be released in this country because the software inside it can easily be reconfigured into the guidance system on a tactical warhead.

But "war" is nothing more than a video game nowadays anyways. Guess they let PS2 pass to help train the next generation of military soldiers.

i don't really value a PhD. it's quite bullshit. make up some weeny, insignificant tangent and write a 'research paper' on it. that is unless it's on scientific or mathematical things. my dad has a PhD. you'd never think so by just talking to him. i spent a considerable amount of time in my childhood typing the damn thing. perhaps that's why i have such an ambivalent attitude about it.
