I've missed you all!
Everything is great here. I'm halfway through my articles with a criminal defence lawyer and I'm loving my job. Married life is being very good to me (although after 11 years together one hopes a wedding wouldn't change much).
And I'll be getting kittens in two weeks... burmese, one blue and one champagne (*feels like horrible yuppie for describing kitten colour as "champagne"*). Any suggestions on names? The blue boy is going to be Merlin, but the girl... not sure yet.
How have you guys been? How is life?
Last time I talked to eris was over a year ago on msn. Jely about the same. Is Bran ever around?

I have not seen or heard from Jely in almost a year now. She even stopped replying on Livejournal.
Eris' HolidayGiftGivingSeason card from me was returned with a "no longer at this address" stamp on it, so I don't know what she's up to either.
Toastboy got married and had a baby. I should give him a call one day, I haven't seen him in a while.

I talked to Jely on IM about 2 or so weeks ago she's doing well not much as changed with her from what i gathered. if i see her on again I'll tell her you guys are lookin for her.

Hi Jadian! er Hi everyone, sorry I haven't been around my life's a whole lot stressful at the moment, probably actually all the reason more I should be hanging out here. Urgh! If they didn't need to live in them why would anyone sell or buy houses. Mum rather suddenly decided to sell our house. I had about 4 days to clear up and rescue from the bin in quite a few cases, 25 years worth of stuff.
Other news if you're checking in Jadian, me and 3P are a couple, at least we're trying to be. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Mine got nicer...which sometimes is even scarier, especially cause she wants to smooch me...she never wanted when I was little...I have to kiss her good-bye when I go to work, which is rather embarrassing at 28 y.o., considering she would send me to school on my own when I was 6.
The little girl kitty got called Alpine. It's apt, becase she climbs. Everything. Including guests we bring over.
Merlin is a heat seeker and is the weirdest colour I've ever seen. He really is blue. It's crazy.
Ski, do say hi to Jely for me. It's been more than a year now. Is she still in K-Town?

It's great to hear from all of you. What do you think about SiP ending? I haven't read the latest issue (with the sepia cover) but I've been slowly devastated by the story arc. (Please mark any replies with spoiler warnings; I don't know if we're all up to date.)

What did everyone who reads SiP think of the secret that was spilled in the latest issue? I was kinda surprised, but looking back it kinda makes sense.

For me the interesting parts became anything that didn't involve Francine. I really don't like her character; if I met her in real life I'd want to smack her silly.
The Katchoo, Tambi, David, and Casey arcs are all good. But what ever happened to Joe?
I felt that way about Katchoo for quite some time (a whole "get over yourself" feeling) and didn't enjoy her again until she and David divorced.
Wait, there was a comic to all this?
Me, I'm just stirring up hate and discontent. As usual. This time it's me against the 9-11 conspiracy nuts. All 84,000 of them.

Hello All! I know it's been ages since I stopped by. Glad to see people still around.
Glad to see (read) all the good news-marriages, kids, kittens, Firebird taking on 9-11 conspiracy nuts, etc.
My life has been up and down. Best part has been buying a house. *big grin*
I'm trying to get caught up on SiP. Due to life stuff, haven't read it since #78 and now with it ending so soon, I'm trying to catch up on all the back issues.
