Anybody around here heard of these guys? They were from Portland, Oregon, I believe.
Damn, never heard of them. I am surprised this hasn't happened more often in the past though, but this is realy a shame. I do plan to check them out though, just a shame it was this that is making me search them out.
That suxx!!!
Sad to hear about these young guys.
And they were a kick ass band if you like stuff that's pop rock melodic catchy tunes.

Good Lord, I just checked out the MP3's on their site!!! Now this REALLY sucks!!! Those guys were fucking KILLER!!! Son of a bitch!!! I will be buying for sure now! Damn it. And Linkin Park continues on...
yeah they were an awesome band for sure Carl.
I had just heard of them liek a few months ago in an Indie Magazine here in town called Punk Planet.
Not yer typical "Pop Punk" sounds at all. Kinda remind me of The Last, but MUCH cooler. Yeah, I like 'em, alot.
yeah this Indie Mag is called Punk Planet...but i find it contains Glam punk and Melodic punk bands also.
And I remember reading and seeing a pic of The Exploding Hearts in it...and that's how I fond out of them.
WOW!!! It never fails to amaze me how some people react to this type of thing:

THAT is CRAZY!!!
Aaaaaaw that just plain suxx bigtime...
That's really a shame. It seems to happen every year, that a band rolls their van and someone gets hurt or killed. When I was touring the States with The McRackins we rolled our van in Colorado and totalled it. It was a scary experience, we were fortunately all wearing seatbelts.
Bil wrote a song about it on our next CD, appropriately called "Colorado Van Crash" If you're travelling in the summer heat make sure your tire pressure is where it should be. That was our problem. Blew out a back wheel due to over inflated tires and the heat expanded them.
<font size="3" face="Arial">ORRRRRRRR, maybe try buckling your seat belt. Just a suggestion but when compared to the alternative of soaring through a windshield at 65 mph, I'll take the belt every time.Quote:

Hadn't seen ya' on in a bit. I know these guys are from your neck of the woods. Wasn't sure if you'd heard of them/this incident.
