Talon stood in the middle of the arena quarterstaff at the ready, with iron clumps on both ends and rounding off at a nive 7ft long the staff could block and deliver vicoius blows.
Some one would come. someone always does.
no alegiances were ususaly found here, everyone wanted victory for themselfs but we will see how it turns out.
Talon waited...
-
Gerald stopped. The man stood in front of him, ready. He could have been waiting there for anywhere between a couple of minutes to an hour, but it made little difference. The man was prepared with his weapon.
Always keeping an eye for his opponent, Blake took the bowler hat off of his head, and gently placed it on the ground. He then proceeded to do the same with the grey jacket of his suit, and likewise with his tie. Far too encumbersome for such a serious engagement.
Looking around to the entrances, and the sky, he couldn't see any signs of a third man coming. He sat, cross-legged, eyes closed but ears open, waiting.
His weapon lay across his legs: a metre long black umbrella, with a hooked handle.

Clarke stormed into the arena, a large gash down the side of his face already bleeding. Clarke was out for blood. Who's blood it was to be would be up to them. Clarke drew the 6 foot long steel pole from his trenchcoat (the one with magical large pockets) and swung it viciously around, hoping to encite a challange.
-
Frost decided to respect the rules, and wait his turn.
He reached into his cost and drew out his mighty weapon.
He swung the deadly tool around by its cord.
Nobody could stand against the mighty xbox controller...
-
Clarke seemed to have the violent "I'm a giant penis head" swing down pat. Talon wondered if he could do anything else with his steel quarterstaff substitue.
Talon held out his quarter staff to stop Clarke from breaking a sweat and embarrassing himself and also to start the combat. He was sure that hardened lance wood could stand up to a blow from a steel pole and thus decided to try out Clarke and stay neutral with Gerald as he had never faced an umbrella before and was a little concerned.
-
Utterly dumbstruck as Talon made an understandable and coherent post, Gerald wondered if the "Large gash down the side of his [Clark's] face" counted as first blood. Somehow he didn't think so.
Trying to keep his face devoid of emotion, he stood up from where he had been sitting, and dusted himself off. It simply would not do to be anything but presentable in this conflict.
Talon appeared confident, and looked to be giong in for the first move against the newcomer, but Gerald couldn't be sure.
?Assumption is the mother of all f--k-ups.? ? George S. Patton
Gerald readied himself for the inevitable conflict. He would need to be fast, as he knew the umbrella would not stand up to the weapons of the other two in a direct clash.
As Talon moved to do whatever he was going to try to do to with Clarke, Gerald stretched his legs, and thought about a Steak Pie.
-
James drove up to the fight. He read the rules. Decided that he didnt need any blood on the bonnet today and didnt want to get the shit betten out of him tonight.
He turned around and drove off
-
Seathia stood on the edge of the arena with no blunt weapon to fight with. He couldn't join in the combat, so instead he pulled out a packet of popcorn he had brought from Pak 'N' Save. He then proceeded to wait and watch the start of what he hoped would be an epic battle.

Clarke threw down his pole, then ascended into another thread.
-
Accended? does that mean i fucked off like a pussy? or what?
Talon turns and swings at geralds head.
-
Seathia turned and started a long walk down the stairs, thinking boring thoughts to himself. Meanwhile, still eating Pak 'N' Save popcorn that he had purchased at the reasonable price of $3.99 for 350gs, he started to sing the song "American Head Charge" to himself.
Just in case you were wondering.

TALON suddendly pulled out a nuke and killed himself.
The sort of death you dont come back from.
-
Frost surveyed the scene.
Talon had broken Rules #5 (no super weapons), and #4 (blunt weapons only)
However, he had obeyed rules #1 (only 3 ppl), #2 (keep fights short), and #3 (take wounds realistically).
Frost then realised that he was breaking a rule just by being here, a nuke should have killed him...
Aah, well... He decided that one of his new powers would be 'invincibility against nukes', just to be on the safe side, but to obey the 'zerosum' rule, he made xboxs his nemesis, they worked a lot like kryptonite to superman on him.
There, that solved the problem.
*Suddenly he dropped the evil controller and jumped back, his hands burning. "Argh!," he exclaimed.
He really should have thought a bit more about that one...
Tiberius Frost waited for the dust to settle to see what Gerald would do...
-
Gerald hadn't moved in what seemed like a seven days, but he was sure it couldn't have been that long. The fighting seemed to have died down, and the reason for this appeared to be the fact that both his opponents had chickened off.
Gerald sat down beside his jacket and other discarded items of clothing, and thought for a bit. Technically, he had won that round. He thought.
He waited for some new contenders, or someone to close the thread. Someone important. With power.
-
Frost wasn't someone with power, so he decided not to bother Gerald. He too, waited for someone to come along.
He concluded that it would probably be a long day.
-
Because Seathia was walking down the stairs while he was singing loundly to himself, he forgot that walking was more important than singing. Therefore, because he was singing so loundly he forgot that steps go downwards. Even as he remembered that, he began to fall down the stairs to lie in a broken pile of bones and popcorn at the bottom. Bend very out of shape and in desperate need of some medical attention, Seathia laughed out loud at himself.
