Funniest Movie EVER

This has probably been done before (but not by me).

I saw Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back a few weeks ago and since then have bought the DVD and watched it almost daily!

I feel comprimised by saying this but other than quality stand-up (i.e. Eddie - Delirious, Raw) it may be the funniest movie i have ever seen.

Don't you people watch movies with friends for fun? Rent a movie, buy some beer or bud.. and party?

Thats why i like bootlegs better than theatres, cuase it is logistically easier to be drunk at home then at the theatre!

I'll bite. I went and saw it the first day it came out. I wasn't terribly fond of it at the time (it was funny, but not as funny as Clerks, Mallrats, or Dogma). But I bought the DVD, and the bonus material is EPIC. The cut scenes are fuckin hilarious, but since it originally got an NC17 rating, they had to cut out a lot of them to get down to R.

I don't want that too be my funniest movie. This thread is a subconcious appeal for you folks to tell me better movies - more funny, so that i don't look like a stoner when i say the funniest thing i've ever seen is jay and silent bob.

MDT, i thought this was way funnier than any other kevin smith flicks. All the other ones (Save clerks) had too much to say, well i guess save mallrats too.

This is where I'd normally come in and kick you in the balls, but I watched this movie over the weekend and must say it was funny as hell.

What I DON'T understand is how the OL goes to sleep halfway through it, telling me its "too stupid", after making me watch Rat Race which was equally silly.

back some time ago there was a movie called "Kentucky Fried Movie" by the guys who later made the Airplane series...that was some funny movie....

Gotta go with Sophie's Choice. That scene where's she's forced to send her daughter to the gas chamber cracks me up.

Funniest movie I ever saw was Saving Private Ryan. I laughed my fucking ass off. Of course I was stoned out of my mind.

Kentucky Fried was funny...The Cathloc High School Girls in Trouble scene was my first view of what big titties look like up against the glass door of a shower. The nipples on glass in Midnight Express was an interesting view, but jerking off to your sister in prison didn't do much for me.
Nothing by Mel Brooks was funny.

I saw that in the theater back in the early 70's. It was funny as shit. But since it parodied commercials from back then it wouldn't be as funny today.

1st half of full metal jacket is possibly the funniest, also worth mentioning are animal house and search for the holy grail.
