I stopped wearing eyeliner under my eye some time ago as I got tired of the raccoon look...
But I started wearing it above, on my lid above my lashes...I bought Almay last time..was pricey but it lasts all day and doesn't crack...I love it....
I wear it on top as well... But I dn't have any problems with that...
Any eyeliner I've used on top has been fine.
I used a friends eyeliner cause hers always looked perfect, and it wored beautifully.. All day looked awesome..
But the company went kaput and the stock line was cancelled. [img]graemlins/thumbs_down.gif[/img]
That sucks.... I wish I knew one cause I would wear it again....just got tired of every few minutes feeling like I needed a mirror...It was stressful...LOL...
i use loreal liquid eyeliner... it can't be topped.
however, i am sending you some rimmel liquid/pencil

Cover Girl prefect blend...a lil line on top halfway across..little line on the lower..at corner..has a smudger tool on one end..talk about smoky sexy eyes.. [img]wink.gif[/img] and its cheap too..ive been using it since i was old enough to wear makeup..and i always get comments on my eyes.. [img]redface.gif[/img]
shatzy has extensive testing procedures to answer these types problems.

i pluck my brows....it just makes everything look a bit cleaner...of course when you dont' shave for 3 or 4 days at a time, it doesn't really matter what your eyebrows look like i guess.

liquid eye liner sucks, it always goes in my eye and turns it black...i think the kind i use is cover girl...but it isnt that good because i have to constantly run my finger under my eye to make sure it aint runnin
