Me and italipino are going to Orlando...we aren't doing it on Halloween but the weekend before and I'm counting it for my Halloween...we're going to this...
Halloween Horror Nights/
ek3, you are gonna have a blast!!!! I've been to Orlando's Halloween Horror Nights3 different times. IT RAWKS!!! It's so much fun! I wish I were going this year, but Rich and I have too much stuff to take care of. It's awesme. They take real actual studios and turn them into haunted house mazes. One year they had a haunted house in one of their studios and made it look just like that old movie, "People Under The Stairs". You had to run from them and they were chasing you through and you had to try to find a way out. They had Titanic once*L* You have to try and run and get away from all the dead boat crew that's chasing you. It's like mardi gras there during halloween. They have a dead parade, they throw beads and coins and candy. It is the best, greatest time. Have fun ek3!!
I myself am gonna be in da club for Halloween. My usual club that I go to is having one hell of a halloween bash and a costume contest. So, I'm gonna be a devil and go get my dance on and my drink on and have a good time.

Not to jump in for ek3, but gg you are not the first to say how incredible this thing is...we have heard nothing but great things. His cousin just got back from it (he went to the early showing) and said it was great...while on the phone to get our tickets, the Universal worker was raving about it (he said his girlfriend was so scared that she cried). Not only that, but I've never been to Universal, and ek3 says it's a lot of fun too. We leave this Thursday and get back Monday. [img]graemlins/plane.gif[/img]

god, I'd love to go again. All the times I went before was with my ex when we were still married. My new hubby Rich has never gotten to see it or experience it. It's just too dman awesome!! I remember one time, I was going through one called, "The butcher shop" and we had been walking through it for awhile. We turn the next corner and there is this huge really tall, really big guy in a butchers hat and apron and he is just leaning up against a kitchen counter. It was all dark and scary and he was just standing there. So I stopped walking because I was cuaght off guard by him just standing there. I froze and just stared at him. next thing you know, he *jumps quickly* and grabs this HUGE ass meat cleaver and *slams* it down on this butcher block and it literally cuts into this butcher block on this table and sticks. Then he grabs it and starts walking towards me and in a grizzly scary voice yells, "It's butcher time" . I KNOW I felt myself jump 10 feet in the air, I started screaming at the top of my lungs nonstop, I started screaming, "LET ME OUT, LET ME OUT"! *LMAO* I started running, once I got out of there it took me 20 to 30 minutes to get my heartbeat back and regain my composure before I could go through another haunted sound stage *LOL*

what's so crazy about this whole thing, is that I hate to be scared... yeah... i ain't down with haunted houses....
mainly because they all do the same shit... and
i don't care for moronic strangers trying to
touch me in a way that is incorrectly justified
as 'to scare you'.
however, there is something much more advanced
about an actual theme park as opposed to some
YMCA haunted house.
i have no doubt the effects will be much cooler...

Me and Roxane talked to Jason on a couple of occasions and he was trying to decide if he wanted to go...we told him to ask you and he said he would talk to you and see...I guess he didn't want to go and was afraid you might...so he decided to answer for you...
Hey I feel the same way as some of you. I hate to be scared. I just can't take it. There was one it scared me so bad I started crying *L* But hey, it's an adrnaline rush. I being that scared but that the same time I love it. I love the adrenaline rush*L* Just remember it's just a haunted house and it's only purpose is to scare you into planting a hershey factory in your drawers. *L* Go for it, go have a god time. You will look back and laugh. I still wish I was going. But I don't have the time or the funds this month. If I could, I would do it every year. Maybe is this job comes through I will get a year pass and go every Halloween. It is DEFINATLY different from little cheezy haunted houses at the YMCA or little local haunted houses around town. This one will knock your socks off. It's like you are IN a scary movie running for your life. I love it *L*

OMG!!!!! Going to an amusement park Halloween event is superb... I have been to Universals Horror Nights in 2001 and it beyond RAWKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! The entire park at night is covered fog and you never know what is lurking...the haunted houses are fantastic..... I damn near pissed myself in every one...... one year I went to 2 amusement parks during Halloween and I couldn't decide which one rocked more..... Looks like Horror Nights out here has been cancelled the last 2 yrs and only Orlando is having the event now....so I am REALLY jealous.... *pouts*

halloween isnt that big in New Zealand but as americanism takes its hold over the world its gaining popularity
i will be going to a party it kicks off at 4 pm with a game of street cricket then moves into fancy dress (with an Ancient Civilisations dress them) party and then on to some night clubbing after that

I remember when I went to Fright Fest at Marine World in Vallejo, Ca..... as the night drew closer....the fog started and I was walking along talking to my girlfriend... noticed she wasn't responding...looked to my right and walking with my was a zombie..... I screamed like a scared lil girl... the ants on trees ran for their life.... then I laughed so hard...It was GRAND!
My son was afraid of the guy running around the park with the chain saw..... he clearly had no chian on it and he was allowing kids to come up and touch it.... but my son didn't want that guy anywhere near him.... It was hilarious...
That was also the year Alice Cooper induced Brutal Planet to this park.... I damn near snapped the arm off some poor 13 year old boy I was desparately clinging to...that poor kid said I scared him more then the event did...LOL.... I was scared to death.... I loved every minute of it....
