Spain is a beautiful country easily my favorite other country bar the UK.
DO have the paella if your near the sea. Do have the tapas if your in Seville Best in the world.
If you are in Madrid do go to the Bernabau Stadium Awsome.

Could we possibly postpone the gathering until the following weekend? I've been thinking that noonish on the 15th will not allow Chef Rober the time he needs. So, let me throw out 13:00 on 05/22.
