I cant wait for this title to come out.Based on the covers alone this guy is my second favorite spider man artist and I think he is better than bagley and dodson and Romita Jr as well as a nice change from My fave Ramos.

Yes! An artist who doesn't draw Spidey like a deformed child! Right on!

have you heard about the story lines for these? Apparently, its an "all ages" retelling of some classic stories??? Not Ultimate, not a new Universe, but simply a retelling? But Different? I didnt really understand what the article i read was talking about... I think I saw a FF one too... their cover art was pretty badass as well...

This is Marvel Age:Spider Man #1-4
and yes they are basically retellings of the old amazing stories with new art.I am really looking forward to this but ONLY because the art is so great!

Here's the FF cover I was talking about. A little manga-esque...

http://www.marvel.com/comics/onsale/...FF1Cov_col.jpg

And the description?

"Find out just who the Fantastic Four are and how they came to be in this modern ALL AGES retelling of a classic featuring new art and a new, updated script!"

so it looks like theres new art, but the same story, just a few changes in the script to make it modern? but they wont be REALLY changing it at all, like the ultimate universe had?

thats what i get from it anyway...

yikes.....I dont like that at all.although i do like it cause its a prime example that Ramos art is not Manga at all

Those Brooks covers kickass!

Uggh, that generic one looks like two mummified bodies.

the generic one is by none other than Mark "Im a hack" Bagley!! I cant for the life of me see how people think that stuff is impressive...and its even worse when they try to explain why they think so.

I disagree..........the colouring is what ruins it, for me, anyway........

those are drawn well, but some of the colour choices are just bad.......some look almost like pastels.....

The art work looks cool, but I don't like the eyes. The eyes make him look more like Flyman, not Spiderman.
