The interchangeability of Microman!

In one of the recent Micromen threads that either Baimun, or I posted, I can't remember which. we were talking about one of the really cool things about Microman/Micronauts, was their interchangeability. Well, with these new Microman figures, this hasn't changed.

I was bored tonight, and I keep my Micromen all around my computer. They are GREAT for boredom. I was trying some different combinations with them, just fooling around, and with the following 3 figures......

www.killertoys.com has them for the best price. www.smalljoes.com has good prices on them too. Other than that, try eBay, and comic shops. They are imported from Japan, so you won't find any in regular stores.

Cool, I have all of those except the Groundmaster, but I have him on the way.

Just type Microman in the search at Joes, and all he has will pop up.

Sometimes even the slightest changes make a figure groovier....

I gave Kicker a black glove, and Acroscorl's electro sword for his other hand. I really like this figure, but think he looks much better this way, than with his normal white gloves....

It's only with recent Microman stuff like Batman and Spidey that I started with a "collecting" mentality... before, I was buying 'em for customs, nothing more.

Can't wait to see pics of the Spider-Man.

So psyched.

Well, maybe "collecting" isn't the right word to use for everyone, but really I just used it as a general term. I suppose I should have said buying. At any rate, I think it is cool that more people are checking these out, for whatever reason, because they really are great toys.

Cool to see more people getting into these figures. I really think this line is sort've a sleeper hit in ways. Well, besides some of us who were already Micro fans before who had initial interest, but still. With Takara branching out like this I imagine the fanbase will continue to grow [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img]
