Isn't it possible to create that sound on your average electro kit anyway? Seems like a pointless product to me. I prefer the feel of the real thing

Quick! Someone call Will Ferrell [AWA Chris Walken & Lorne Michaels]...
NTM some of those rad mod cows in that dance-bar-barn in that animated webpage up in the cold northern wilds...

Do cowbellists really exist? I guess in the same world air guitarists live.
Occupation: Musician - Cowbell player. <-- i think not!
Some kid in my highschool music class once claimed to be a professional triangle player...so you never know
Hey Sus,
Did you go to school with Ed Grimley?
CB
Ha ha ha ha
If you're gonna classify yourself as a CB [CowBell] player, then you'd almost better rather classify yourself as & be a "percussionist" instead!
Back in the 80s we had this slang saying around here....one thing that was worse than a being a "square"...was a "triangle." Akin to the Big L on the forehead [as Jim Carrey once said in that flick, "Leh-hooo-seh-herrrr"].
I guess rock bottom might be a "rock" CB. Or disco tamborine.
[Tamborine = bodhran w jingles] ;-P

I finally found the SNL "cowbell" clip on the net. For those who haven't seen it yet check it out it's hilarious.

That may be even better than "professional [rock-quarter-note] cowbellist [AKA an "also" or addendum to "vocalist" on a cover-pop-top-40 club/lounge singer's resume]..."
