Ive cleared my cookies logged out and back in and it's still not there.

OK, GD - is it that the "custom" option is not there in the Dropdown list for you to choose from? Ir that you don't have the link titled "click <u>here</u> to upload a custom avatar." ?
If it not available for you in the drop down, it may mean that a custom avatar isn't uploaded for you, or has gotten corrupted.
Maybe you can try to upload the avatar again and make sure that the line under the link I listed above states that you have a custom avatar available to you.
mine at home did the same thing to me i had no custom option so angelus logged in as me on his computer and loaded it that way, maybe you can get someone to do it for you like that [img]wink.gif[/img]

Ive tried and it lets me upload one, but it wont show up because i can't choose it from the drop down box.
I would be more than happy to help him like that, all he would need to do is send me the avatar file, then change his password - give that to me, then change it back once he is done....
Although that would mean he would have to TRUST me, and it seems that Andy has done a good job of undermining that around here toward me! [img]wink.gif[/img]

the problem was the file you were trying to upload was a jpg. avatars have to be gif files.
I converted it real quick and uploaded it - after that was uploaded, the custom option appeared in your profile list fro avatars

hmmnnnn... I never had luck uploading a jg file as an avitar.

Well obviously what you did seemed to work but I'm just saying the jpg file shouldn't be the problem. Maybe it was the jpg compression settings.
who knows. Very well could be.
I didn't (nor in the past) look at the compression settings or the size of hte jpg file.
who knows.
But it is there now.
In the end, that's all that matters.
