Amazon always includes the chase or variant figures in the preordering and those that were lucky enough to order soon enough sometimes get them.
So you has, huh? So has I. Well, at least the ones I believe I'll never find at retail.
Are you sure they list the variants as well? I don't recall ever seeing Phasing Vision or Phasing Ghost Rider.

Yes the did list it as I put an order in for it, but had it cancelled recently. I still have the std Vision figure open and hoping they ship it as I have not found that one at retail as yet.
I remember seeing the GR on there, but didn't place an order for it.
I was just bagging on you bagging on me.
And, I guess I didn't see those on Amazon.
They were there, but for a short time - I guess I caught them just right.
The ones you never see anymore are the chase figures, although some did get Goliath and Red Skull from them
Atleast they are repeating them and I am set
Only need that damn Red Phoenix and Vision to catch up to my want list

I probably won't pre-order through Amazon because they've got a nasty habit of canceling orders at the drop of a hat. I'd rather get 'em through Sandy at Qwiksand Collectibles or my neighborhood comic shop, because I know I'll actually receive them.
Plus, I'd rather support a small indie store than a multi-million dollar corporation who won't even notice or appreciate my hard-earned cash.
Lookin' forward to ML9 and that 16" Galactus... should be pretty cool.

The 16" Galactus news is legit. I read it with my own eyes in the most recent issue of Previews. The listing said something to the effect of: "In addition to each action figure, there will be pieces of a 16" Galactus, foe of the Fantastic Four."
Paraphrasing, but that's essentially what it said.
Now, I don't know if Toy Biz will pull the pieces from packaging at the last minute... just because they initially say they'll be there doesn't guarantee they will be. After all, we're talking about Toy Biz here.

As of 8:37PM on Friday, all of series 9 is available for-preorder at Amazon, INCLUDING both varaints.

WLN, I ordered a case from a local shop as well. This is just kind of like insurance, incase I don't get all of them in my case. And if I do get all of the ones I want the extras will go to friends. Or I can just cancel the TRU orders 'cause they won't get them until after everyone else does.
As far as these going up at Amazon. They were up Tuesday night (11/30) Wednesday morning.(12/1). Good luck to those that ordered.
