Good job sev, tony and ned! I had a cool running log but it seems that it has lost all my information, I may start recording it again or I may not, if you want to know about my running I will be happy to speak to you about for hours on end. Or you can look at my log in my room!

i'm on coolrunning at Clutz and password 1234. I hope your miles are going well. Good work with the site. i would be happy to talk about running for hours too, we should do that sometime...maybe over dinner...maybe not, whatever. Keep up the good work hamdogs
Delete my post, classy, very classy. I call it like I see it.
Oh and you taking a shot at somebody for posting their running log is "classy" I deleted that because it was stupid and unnecessary. If you want to talk about being "classy" then don't hide behind some screen name that you made up and "tell us how it is" using your real name. That would be classy...
what's up boys, I got the injury bugs once again. that is why there is no log, it would be too depressing to have to enter in 4 or 6 miles everyday.

How are the Hamdogs looking this year?
I think we're having a pretty good summer so far. A lot of guys have been running a lot this summer and look to be more fit than last fall. It's pretty much impossible to predict how we'll do at conference, because a lot can happen in the next four months. How are the Johnnies looking??
This one's for you NED!!!
Thanks for your positive energy!
Did you hear that Bill Kretch took a crowbar and broke Sam Haucks ankles for frontin him on a message board. anyway, thats old news, according to Jesse, you guys are in good shape, glad to hear. I liked your idea of a website so much that I started making my own. you can check it out at freewebs/nakedrunner. I think I will make a running log at coolrunning, sorry to copy all your ideas. Anyway, keep innovatin, masturbatin and playa hatin. If you see jesse before he leaves tell him that I am "on fire up in here".
The Johnnies are in a rebuilding year, but we got some guys that will suprise some people. We also have a really good freshman class. Who knows where we will end up?
Sam, I saw jesse the other day and he told me several things. First being that he is transferring to buena vista university in iowa. second, he said that you guys have a 3:58 miler coming in from ethiopia and finally that kretch is now the head distance coach at olaf. Are any of these things true?
Jesse hath spoken the truth. Bill Kretch (or shall I say Koach Kretch), has brought in a new era in St. Olaf Distance Running. He is a terror that has the whole team quaking in fear. We are on a new training regimen consisting of 30 miles a day combined with drinking a strange potable consisting of turtle meat, taurine, and bill's excrement. Jesse transfered after kretch disfigured him with a crowbar, exclaiming that a little bit of deformity builds character. In other news I jumped on the bandwagon and started a running log. handle is nakedrunner6969 and password is hauck.
