The article just goes to show the supreme arrogance of lawyers and why this Carrie chick gets two thumbs up in my book.
It also provided a good reason why lawyers are so universally despised.
I'm looking forward to Lew's comments on her.

I am glad this Carrie chick lives in our area. We could certainly use more like her. Anyone can read the law and interpret it...that is all that lawyers do anyway...just they interpret it according to what they want to exploit. Lay people can read it and interpret it just the same.
I think lawyers write the way that they do so most of us don't want to read their crap and therefore give themselves job security. I know I can read and understand the law, but sometimes I don't want to read it because it is so wordy and complex. Why not just say, don't do this or you have to do that? Because some lawyer will come along and sue your a$$ because their client happens to be a moron and they want (need) to make some money!

I was referring to the situation when I still lived there. Since you posed the situation as though it were historic and not a dynamic of this election specifically. I don't follow your current candidates, why should I? Why don't you communicate more clearly and you won't be so mithunderthud, fella. And the reason why you got more response from republican office holders than dem office holders is due to sheer numbers. There are sooooo MANY more R around here, so no wonder that is who responded.
The republican party in Hamilton County is so CORRUPT it is unreal! If you don't believe me, do some honest digging and you will find the truth. I am not saying the dems are any better, but I DO know the reps are dirty!

And don't make excuses about the Dems who ignored me in re PILS. It wasn't just locally, I contacted the entire Ohio Legislature (both houses) and had only 11 responses. 10 of them were Republicans and most were not even from the Cincinnati area. Steve Chabot showed genuine concern. When he was waiting to hear back from other officials he would call me or write me to apprise me of that fact and not just leave me guessing. No one else was that considerate. Chabot is a Republican.

It is nice that you got emails from Chabot, I have met him and agree he is a decent rep worthy of my vote.
I am not one who has or would ever vote down party lines. I am not a rep or dem! IMO, both parties suck!
