I already checked there and they arnt offering any FULL service manuals on that site...thats why I was asking..

What do you mean by FULL service manual??? If you're looking for the manual that everyone talks about and is using then they DO have it.

Helms are the people that make the Honda official service manuals!!...I would give them a call about what you are looking for..Im sure they have it

To have EVERYTHING, you must buy the '95 GSR manual AND the '97 suppliment.
I believe the two together are $86.00

My understanding was that the supplement didn't contain much useful information. But now that I think about it from 95 to 97 they went from OBD I to II. Seems like it would be important...what do you guys think?

You have to buy the 1996 full manual and the 1997 supplement. I know because I own both.
