As of now, I am 90% certain that I will be opening a Dyno Shop in Spring 2001.
And you know I'll be having a FI Honda party to kick things off! (With, of course, deep discounts for board members).
Next stop for me: Fun with accountants and lawyers.

The dyno shop will only be extra money. I'll have to keep my "day job". http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/frown.gif
Maybe someday it will expand to be a full service performance shop and I can play with cars all day.... Now that's a dream!
Thanks again.

Greg,
I would like to wish you good luck and I hope the shop is every bit successful as you hope it will be. I still remember the good ole days when you first started posting on the old HP list when you were talking about installing an AEM and Greddy exhaust. I'd stop by in person to congratulate but it's a long trip from Southern California.

Wow. The old HP list...
That brings back memories. This board seems like Yale University in comparison!
I wonder how many people here where on that list.
Greg

Will you be doing any CRV pulley installs and tuning for customers?

even a longer way from Washington. hope all goes well.

John(vaportrail),
It's good to see you on this board. I didn't know you didn't own the previous shop you worked at. Good luck with your new shop. FYI, there is a new HP list.

I used to be on the old HP list...man, those were the days. I went by the handles TypeRfan and QuickB18c. I used to wake up before work (back when I had a normal job), and hit up a cold can of Mountain Dew, a Marlboro, and the hp list digest. What a way to wake up http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif Times sure have changed...
Anyway, I since opened up my own dyno shop. If you have any questions or need some suggestions, feel free to drop me a line at [email protected]. I wish you all the luck.

Well, I kinda sorta worked at a shop (DP Tuning) before having a difference of opinion and opening my own (Spec R Tuning). It's been going strong for over 2 years now, so I don't really have much time for email lists, but I check up on the message boards when I can. Good to catch up with you again.

Uh, that was a stupid girl I was dating. She was trying to be cool, but she was just stupid heh heh. I haven't heard from Ken Sax or Dave, but www.kens.com is still up, that's Ken Woods site. He makes appearances on the hybrid board from time to time, but I think he was fed up with Hondas a long time ago. See ya 'round

Does Chris Hinckel still have the CRX project? I haven't talked to him since I quit the eGroups mailing list that precipitated the demise of the HP list.
He hooked me up with some parts for cheap once. Good guy.
