Any of you folks in the UK seen this yet?
I would have liked to have seen it but I actually have read so many bad reviews it has put me off! Apparently they have changed alot of it and the casting is not that great! Shame since it's a really good musical!

I want to go see it nxt year. I'm actually going to London 8/9 Dec but I don't have the time for it then.. (It's just gonna be some Xmas-Shopping! ^^) I don't think I'll like it much but I am interested in seeing what this new version is like..
One of the reasons I wanted to see it was I wanted to see Luke Evans (Billy in Taboo) play Roger as I thought he was good in Taboo. (Though obviously he won't be as good as John in Rent!)

It can't possibly be worse than the last European tour [img]biggrin.gif[/img] and not ALL reviews are bad. I'm not too fond of some of the remixes I've heard (some of them sound like they've very obviously been made by someone who has loads of pop but no theatre experience). I'm a bit sad Shiv Donaghy is getting such bad reviews, I just wish someone would feed her properly and let her do something she's capable of so I can go back to having a crush on her without feeling slightly ashamed.
(OT I: So Daniel Boys is taking over Jon's part in Avenue Q? Poor guy.)
