The most recent rocket-fuel grains I've made. Trouble is, they're considered a "low explosive", so although able to make the stuff, cannot transport it anywhere except my backyard only because I don't have an ATF piece of paper claiming I have a LEUP (Low Explosives Users Permit).
Below is a strand-test, ambient-atmosphere, of what the "rocket fuel" does when it burns. It's not as easy to ignite as many people believe....
