"Welcome to Washington, Ms. Currier."
"Thank you, sir"
"Call me Michael." He smiled to her and clutched the clipboard in his hand as he began unlocking the door to the large house.
She smiled.. very slightly. "My boyfriends name is Michael, but I call him Mikey." But he didn't know that her boyfriend was 2 pounds with gray fur and bunny ears. He was a dwarf rabbit. She told people she had a boyfriend, most men, and women, so she had excuses for why she was so busy. She used him for many excuses.. actually.
"Really? Well that's good." He pushed open the door and let her inside, closing the door behind them.
"So this is it?" She asked him lightly, her green eyes brightening when she began wandering around.
"Yes it is." He responded, following after her. "It's only a three bedroom house.. But there's only one of you." He was suspicious as to why she needed such a big house.
"My sister likes to come stay with me, and my best friend. So it'll be plenty of room." She cleared that up before he even asked. Though, she was lieing. He sister moved to Tennessee, and she had no best friend. But hey, she was great liar.
"Oh. Well. Then it should be perfect."
"It is perfect. I want it." She smiled, slightly still, and headed down the hall.
"You sure?"
"Yup. I want it. I call dibs on it."
"Well then it's settled. I'll notify the owners that you're buying." He smiled for her.
She smiled.. still not fully. And nodded her head. "Raise the price another three thousand."
He was shocked. "You really want it don't you?"
"Yes. Thank you for letting me see it today."
"You're welcome, Ms. Currier."
And then they headed out.

She settled into the house later that week. They took her offer, and she paid in full. The WPP paid for it, and placed her there.
