Some topics in my forum are deleted automatically after some weeks because there is no new post in it.
Is there an option to not delete a topic even if it is not active after some weeks ?

Have a look at the bottom of the forum index.. there should be "Thread Display Options".... set "Show threads from the..." to Beginning and you should be right!!
