Hostboard Site Update - 8/21/17

New Feature Anyone who has previously posted or any member who posts going forward will automatically become a member of that community. Their user ID will be listed under the Manage Users in the HBCP. This will allow simpler management of members if necessary for individual forums.

New Feature: You now have the ability/option to force users to have their posts moderated in your forums from within the HBCP. Just create a new User Group selecting the new option. Add the user (if not already listed) under manage Members and select the User Group you just created.

Fixed: Unusual characters appearing in posts, cleaned up the listing of communities within the main display page, re-word a few phrases so that the wording remains consistent with the rest of the site.
