Hostboard Site Update - 8/19/2019

Updates:

Hired developer to update core code to support latest Google recaptchya API and the FaceBook API.
Both functions no longer are working due to outdated API calls to their respective platforms

Updated all of the sites plugins to their latest versions.
Unfortunately due to the EOL of the vBulletin 4.x platform, and how IBS has handled the take over and development of the vBulletin platform, 3rd party support and development has become near non existent. Any future support and development will have to be in house. I am looking to move some of these plugins into the core and or merge with the Hostboard system.

Added code to auto detects users' timezone during registration and hide that option from the registration form. Option can still be edited from the Users Control Panel
