Looking for a sexfight/catfight story

I am looking for a story about a girl starting at some sort of educational establishment and the girl student’s sort out their problems by sexfighting. Uniform of white blouses and mid-thigh skirts (no panties and bras). The mentor who is guiding her, gets her into a secret area to watch 2 teachers have a Catfight and end up finger****ing each other and the new girl wins. Can anyone help, as I am sure it’s on this site somewhere.
