Hey, I would like to put a 4.3 liter in my '94 S-10 2 wheel drive with a 5 speed instead of my ****** 2.2 4 cylinder thats about to blow so does anyone know anything or have any advice or anything to suggest or tell me about converting my truck to this V6 motor? I've heard that it SHOULD bolt right up to my 5 speed, but I've never seen a 4.3 with a 5 speed behind it. And I've heard that I just need to use the 4.3 motor mounts and it will go right in. What about fuel lines? And does my 2.2 harness just unplug and do i use the 4.3 harness? I know theres 2 different kinds of 4.3s that year, the W (vortec) and Z (pre-vortec) motor. i hear i need the Z motor or i'll have to swap computers. I know i'll have to change the exhaust, but my catalytic converter is rattling like mad so thats fine, i'll buy new. Anything else or anything to correct or add on to my findings? I would really appreciate it if someone knows about any of this or could lead me to some help. Thanks very much, take care
