411a on FeePay

Theres a slim chance of saving this. the rubber surround looks to be intact. the cone looks dirty but intact also. not for 100$ bet.

I'm not a big 411 fan, but if somebody wants it, I would expect them to send it to GPA. BTW a little less criticism and some help posting would be appreciated.

With GPA closing, recone by them may be up in the air. Too bad, because they have or had the only correct cone kits.
Aftermarket kits are available, I reconed two I have myself. The aftermarket spiders are much stiffer than the originals. Fs of the two I did came out to 35hz vs the factory parts that are closer to 20hz.
They work great, but don’t meet factory specs. They look different to boot.

That's a good call. would it be necessary to adjust the voice coil for travel?
