I have a couple of spare adaptors from Vitavox. These adaptors are for mounting S2/S3 onto the big multicells horns.
I am looking for an exchange with the same adaptor to mount JBL 2" compression drivers.

If not I will sell to finance the build of 2 new adaptors for 2" jbl compression drivers.(around ?300 the pair).
I would aslo be interested in a borrowing such adaptor to replicate.
    thanks,

    300 euro? Wow!!!

I see your problem. Yes, going to a driver with a larger throat is goibg to be expensive.

I use my 220's with Altec 290s. I designed my own adaptor which screws into the existing recepticle, had a machine shop turn them for me for less than 50 euros a pair.

    Datubie,
Labour in Europe is expensive. The cost is for making a rubber mold and cast to brass adaptors.

The rubber material for doing the cast is also expensive I beleive around 50euro per liter.
An adaptor from the square section to the circular 2" diameter is quiet big and will require a fair ammount of rubber. There is no financial gain for me.

    regards,

Well, casting the adaptor will never be cheap. Mine was just a circular adaptor which could easily be turned in a lathe, hence the cheapness.
