Back When I was In School...

i was the class clown.
i wrote "ranks" for guys to use.
i wrote poems for them too.
i was no athlete...couldn't get athletes foot if i tried.
got sent to the principals office for my mouth over 100 times in one year. (when i didn't show up he figured i was absent that day)

never took a book home but got d's-c's and a b here and there.
graduated academically in the lower middle of the class but was second highest on the college boards. (can you say "underachiever"?)

was on stage a lot and directed Oklahoma with over 200 students in it- we sold out 4 nights and ran over 2 more.

got suspended 5 days before graduation for "long hair"...(it touched my collar and over my ears)

went to 3 proms.

was voted "Most Original" and "Wittiest" of my senior class.

also "Most Likely To Take a Life [img]graemlins/whatever.gif[/img] .

was a virgin when i graduated.(hey i'm not proud of that ...well yeah i am...)

wrote the Class Prophesy- Last Will & Testament- and 9 other programs for my class.

was a part of "intergration" and had a ball with it watching the parents freak out, waiting for the RIOTS that never came.

damn this is long...sorry. this was my life in highschool...i was also called names by some that hurt me to this day due to physical deformaties but i got over it.

I was the ONE that NEVER fit in with other kids...kids always threw gum in my hair...teased me cuz of my clothes...rubbed peanut butter in my hair...my biggest problem was my brother was in the same classes as i was so that caused ALOT of my problems...when him and i fought at home he would go to school to tell em and they would come right after me...school days i dont even wanna remember but sometimes those days comes back and haunts me...Its funny cuz i run into some of those kids now and they are like "WOW"

I was a fringe walker, I didn't fit in with the jocks, But I played foot ball. I didn't fit in with the brainiacs, but I got good grades.

I hated sports but was a cheerleader one year...
didnt fit in with that group cause I wasnt "girlie" nuff...i was a tomboy through and through

Was smart enough for the college section of our
class but took business instead....

got along with most people most of the time...
but went through the stage of being called "fat"
"ugly" "loser" because my parents didnt have
money to buy me the clothes that were the "in"
thing.....

was extremely shy....but did have a major crush
on a senior when i was in 8th grade...left him
notes in his locker with things written in french..and anonymously...
on his graduation day, he finally figured out it
was me and signed my yearbook, gave me a kiss
on the cheek and wished me lots of luck and told
me he thought i was a cool chick who always made
his day when he would find those notes in his
locker...never saw him again...and DAMN...he
was cute..and Italian.........G*

my bestest friend Bill had a crush on my friend
Susie...so I made him ask her to our senior prom..
they ended up married with 2 boys...and Susie
still questions me to this day why I never hooked
up with Bill as close as we were....i told her
that would be like me dating my brother...EWWW...*L*

after graduation, i lost 30 lbs in one month...
went to a get together our class had and rubbed
it in the faces of the kids who always called me
fat.......my main antagonizer(sp) had the nerve
to ask me out??? I told him where to go pretty
quick...didnt want me before, dont want you now..

I still refuse to go to class reunions.....they
were all inconsiderate jerks all during school...
and drunks....why go see them now? my closest
friends, i keep in contact with...but the rest...
can kiss it where the sun dont shine! (yes im
still a little bit bitter about high school even
after 22 years!)

I know how you felt mRs GaToR...ALL people did was call me names through grade school and high school like i wasnt negative enough about myself...my parents had no money...I was a tomboy myself...I'll have to go to my parents and find my photo album and get all my pictures to show *L

I was a jock... Threw away a promised scholarship while I was still a sophomore.......Married my HS sweetheart..(A beautiful intelligent woman)

I might add that, I came to this country when I was six from Cuba......My dad was from N. Carolina and I was also picked on by some of the kids..... (the mere fact I wasn't from here)... That changed after I kicked some ass [img]mad.gif[/img]

I thought this would be a cute topic filled with funny stories from our "old dayz". I didn't mean to bring up bad memories from way back then.

Father Dave, My wife says that growth on my head that looks like a guitar neck is one of my strongest feature. As for the dancing figure I had that surgically added a few years ago to distract from losing my hair (hare...get it [img]eek.gif[/img] )

Hey Wild, I'm just glad that hill is a long low grade instead a steep mountain, or I would never have made it this far.
