Is it true that SF does not allow attachments bigger than 10M?

Yes, it's true.. But don't worry. Do take a look around at what the other vendors offer, for example the "purchase" (vs SaaS) vendors usually do not have such a limitation and some of the SaaS vendors will allow much larger files. e.g. Enterprise Wizard will allow attachments of up to 50M with their SaaS product and the size is unlimited with the purchased version.

Hi buddy, not too long ago I was interested in this topic myself and took Salesforce course Bangalore, they can help you understand the topic and learn many aspects like Salesforce administration: this module covers basic administrative tasks needed to manage and configure Salesforce. It includes topics such as user account management, security, data management, and reporting.

Re: Limit on attachment size in CRM systems?
Yeah, it's true that Salesforce has a 10MB limit on attachments, which can be a bit restrictive. If you're dealing with a lot of large files, it might be worth looking into other CRM options or pairing your CRM with a project management tool like monday project management. It can help manage and store files more efficiently, especially when you're handling large attachments regularly.
