I'm sorry, I don't recall a cat game.
I find a lot of flash games but that one doesn't ring a bell.
was this recent, or has it been a while?

A remember this great game called "Alley cat" back in the 1980s where you had to jump over all these trashcans, avoid dogs, catch fish etc. It was great. But I guess that's not it. If it was, you can find it here: http://www.dosgamesarchive.com/download/game/91.
Ah hell, download it anyway, cuz it's still a great game. Simple, frustrating, and highly addictive.
