talk about a piss off..

i took my dog to the vet today
she's gone in about once a year for the past 4 or so years
all for some kind of accident she's gotten herself into *L
but, the vet's goin over her record
and she hasn't had her shots in like 9 years

she's been in for 2 surgeries and they never gave her shots?

what the hell is that about...??

so anyways, they got her shots and whatever..
the poor thing..
we took her out on the weekend
and she broke her nail
ughhh it was gross
her leg was half covered in blood by the time we got back
n all they could do was trim the nail and said wait for it to fall off
or to the point where you can pull it out..

shudders

but then..
here's the saddest part..

she opens her mouth
and her back molars are just.. caked
she opens her mouth a little wider
and shows me where her gums are deteriorationg
from the infection
that got into her teeth
from having her jaw and teeth fractured as a puppy..

FRACTURED!
some MOTHER FUCKER FRACTURED my dogs face when she was JUST A PUPPY

it almost made me sick to think about that..

so i get the pleasure of brushing her teeth
and most likely paying the vet bill when she has to get dental surgery done..
....dental work..... for my dog
who'da thunk it..

that is horrible Paige...i hate people that
abuse animals like that...they are so helpless
and cant swear or kick back....well ok...most
of them cant or wont..

But my Lhasa Apso, Marty, used to attack my
asshole ex when he would be beating me around..
and Marty used to take some pretty good hits for
me, but it always made the asshole stop beating
on me...as small as Marty was, asshole was scared
to death of him because he wouldnt just bite and
let go...he would hold on and shake his head
until he tore a hunk of flesh out...and asshole
is the only person Marty ever did that too!

Gosh I miss that old dog...I had him before my
lil men...he was so old....deaf, blind and peed
all over the place because he couldnt find the
door anymore to let you know he needed out *L*
We had him put to sleep 3 years ago... [img]graemlins/cry_smile.gif[/img]

i know.. it's terrible..
she was so badly abused when we got her
that she cowered if you moved too fast
or if you talked too loud..
soooo sad..
but this dog n i have been thru hell together
so heh..
