I believe the gems from the troll cache still need to be divided as well. I remember mention of a diamond worth more than the previous town could afford to purchase.

No diamond, but you have not been to a town rich enough to buy most of it. I do not recall if any of this was split up...please check previous postings and notes. I KNOW the rapier remains unsold, and don't know who carries it.
I think the diamond was in the dragon hoard and was sold.
Oakshade may have mentioned the rapier on the ride together from Grimslate to Tindale. If no other character or player objects, he would give it to her. It is obviously quite valuable, and so the party may wish to sell it. Otherwise, she could have it, though I strongly doubt it is better than the Reaper's converted weapon she now uses.
Since Oakshade is basically and NPC...I leave the actual decision to the player characters.

My father recently had surgery (nothing serious), a friend needed transport to their family and I was asked to ride shot gun etc... which kept me offline, and I'm going to visit my family who may not have an connection to use.
If someone else would like to delegate this stuff, that's fine with me... I'm afraid "The most wonderful time of the year" is hectic to the point of keeping me too busy to handle this right now.
Here's my opinion/suggestion...not a mandate/command
Kel and Thaylias are generally tge alternating party leaders and have their hands full...and in real life, both are very busy at the moment (see Drama's last post).
I think our little appraiser should be responsible for loot splits in the future. It rounds out the responsibilities, and both the mini-Lara Croft and her player are adept at these things, knowing the value of...um...valuables. She has been fair in the past, and no one has complained to me about her being unfair in the past.
That's my suggestion. I hope everyone had a good and happy Christmas, Chanukah and Yule.

After some juggling and serious appraisal work, here's what seems an equitable split of the treasure taken from the trolls and giant.
The rapier will be held as party treasure until it can be sold, or someone needs it such as if a weapon is lost or broken.
Kel - 38 PP, 1000 GP, Garnet 200, Alexandrite 500 = 2080 gp
Allie - 38 PP, 600 GP, Garnet 200, Emerald 1000 = 2180
Shanti - 38 PP, 800 GP, Garnet 200, Citrine 60, Golden Yellow Topaz 700 = 2140
Thaylias - 38 PP, 1100 GP, Aquamarine 400, Chrysoberyl 120, Pink Pearl 90, Hematite 12 = 2102
Oakshade - 38 PP, 1500 GP, Azurite 11, Deep green spinel 100 , Moss Agate 9, Peridot 60 = 2060
The platinum was previously split. Some people got more gold to compensate for the lesser value of some gems.
