oh... that's right. it is, lol. or was, about an hour and 15 minutes ago... *L*... someone help meeeee! i'm in workplace HELL and i can't escape!!! *L*.... plus i just puked, that's always fun.... i need a huge midol, a grilled chicken sandwich, and to be left the fuck alone by anyone who might have the notion of annoying me today....

LOL...take a nap and a hot bath. I have found that a hot bath with epsom salt in it helps the muscle cramps of any kind to go away. [img]tongue.gif[/img]
