Okay, I remeber Bamf and some of the others mentioning when Spider-Man and Nightcrawler teamed up, but, which issue WAS it, I can't really remember.

And of the two of them I recomed the Nightcrawler vs. Spidey... excepting I have yet to find the second part of it, so I don't know if the Punisher gets either of them, but I suspect not

Here is a small Nightcrawler page on a Spider-Man page that lists all the times they teamed up... I think. I'm not sure how reliable this is because I'm not sure if they screwed up or if I'm just slow today. They have this:
