Second, what the heck is/was Millenial Visions? I've heard it mentioned before but where was it published and what is it really meant to be?

Millenial Visions was a Marvel Book showing alternate versions of the X-men. It's cool that Nocturne will be in the Exiles, I can finally figure out what her powers are. She's even got her dad's feet and hands! Looks freaky on a girl though.
