Director of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS

This position requires detailed & in-depth knowledge of Benefits, Health & Welfare and Compensation. Candidates should also have knowledge of FLSA and be able to keep abreast of our competitive marketplace. We require excellent supervisory and management skills, superior customer service skills, and the ability to be hands-on when necessary. Must be a strategic thinker, proactive, with 5-7 years experience. Healthcare experience is required. A well-rounded knowledge of all federal, state and local regulations is also needed.
