Access Services is a growing non-profit social services organization with three office locations and a staff of over 400 conveniently based in a scenic business campus in Fort Washington within easy access of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
We are presently seeking a Director of Human Resources to plan, develop and administer the Human Resources program including recruitment, compensation/benefits, human resource development, employee relations and health/safety. We require: a Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field; a minimum of five years of progressively responsible human resources generalist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting; at least two years supervisory experience; a thorough knowledge of State and Federal labor laws; up-to-date knowledge of current human resources issues; excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
