Technical Recruiter/Project Manager

Our client, a computer consulting firm, has recently been listed on Deloitte & Touche's Technology Fast 500 list at number 71.They were cited for having achieved five year growth of 3,872% and 1998 revenues of $12.5 million. "Inc." Magazine ranked them 45th in its 1999 survey of America's Fastest Growing Private companies. They currently have 350 employees and expect to add an additional 300 to staff this year.

As Technical Recruiter/Project Manager, the successful candidate will handle sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates as well as
coordinating the efforts of several other recruiters as they relate to this project. The successful candidate will also manage all communication with the client, including receiving new open position requirements, forwarding qualified candidates and any other client communications as necessary. This person will primarily work from home, with visits to the client's office in Middlesex County, NJ as needed.

Requirements: 3-5 years high-volume, technical recruiting experience. IT recruiting experience (specifically with programmers who use Java, C++ and other Web based applications) strongly preferred. The successful candidate must have a home office environment including a phone, fax, computer and internet access.

Salary, commensurate with experience, in the $30,000 -$40,000 range plus a lucrative per hire bonus. Comprehensive benefits and an enthusiastic, fun team of co-workers are also included.
