Director of Compensation.
Large multi-state building products corporation with branches in 13 states.
Seeking individual with the following credentials;

BS degree (MBA and/or Compensatons certification a plus) and 6-8 yrs HR experience with emphasis on Compensation Systems.

Will be involved in compensation surveys/benchmarking/market based plan development and administration and all matters relating to corporate compensation policy development and procedure inplementaton.
MUST have outstanding communications/presentation skills, strong PC & HRIS ability and a sense of committment to organizational goal attainment. App; 20% domestic travel involved.
COMPENSATON RANGE; $75 to $88K + exceptional benefits.
