Responsibilities: This position will have total strategic and administrative responsibility for compensation, benefit and HRIS systems. The incumbent will increase the company?s competitive edge by focusing on innovative and creative reward systems. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources.

Requirements: B.S. degree and 10+ years compensation & benefits experience. Key emphasis on compensation programs including executive, stock, sales and incentive. Experience with merger/acquisition, alternative reward programs and a multi site, international organization a plus. Individual must be innovative.
