Employee Relations Specialist
A large Philadelphia healthcare organization seeks applicants for the
position of Employee Relations Specialist. The position requires a
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar course of study and
experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations. Candidates must
possess knowledge of Employment/Labor Law, including FMLA, ADA, and EEOC
regulations. Individuals must also have strong written and verbal
communication skills, PC skills and exposure to an HRIS system, coupled
with strong initiative and the ability to work independently. We offer
