Responsibilities: The Vice President of Human Resources for The Day & Zimmermann Group, Inc. will be expected to develop and implement a human resources strategy that will support the business objectives and bring new and creative thinking to the process of acquiring, developing, allocating, leading and managing human capital. He/she will serve in three capacities: a consultant/partner to the senior management team on human resource planning and strategic issues; a leader of the human resource professionals in the company; and a hands on executive who will roll up his/her sleeves and get results. Strengthen the human resource function, providing leadership, management and technical expertise to the day-to-day operation and create the appropriate structure and staffing plan that aligns and integrates human resources into the business team.

Requirements: A Bachelor?s degree coupled with several years experience and a proven track record in human resources, in what is considered to be a top-tier organization. Acknowledged technical depth of experience that will gain the respect and confidence of the human resource professionals and division heads. Experience in the integration of merged organizations would be a significant plus.
