Client is a leading provider of communications test solutions for wireless Internet, voice communications technologies and cable modems. Very progressive.

Your JOB: Will take ownership of the total recruiting function. Maintain and coordinate requisition approval and tracking process. Develop and implement traditional and non-traditional strategies for attracting viable candidates for all positions including: Exempt/non-exempt technical Exempt/non-exempt operations/staff Managerial positions. Develop monetary and time budget procedures. As resumes are captured, screen and refer to hiring managers candidates that meet position requirements Develop and implement procedures to coordinate travel and interview schedules of candidates selected for on-site interviews. Develop and maintain relationships with outside sourcing entities such as retained and contingent search firms (like HRTEK CORPORATION), community agencies, and community vocational schools. Negotiate fee agreements as directed. Develop relationships with advertising venues. Write and place ads as part of overall recruiting strategy; maintain records regarding placement and cost. Develop and maintain college relations/recruiting program. Ideal candidates will have an appropriate Bachelor's degree, certification and two to five years experience. Any background in the hiring of engineers and the like would be the ?cat?s meow?.
