Our client, a national multi-channel retailing leader, is seeking a Senior IT recruiter responsible for IS&T recruiting efforts which include: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating salaries, and recommending internal and external candidates primarily for exempt positions up to and including director level. Recommend sourcing avenues, develop advertising copy, and determine ad placement. Maintain Internet sourcing and the company?s job e-mail account database. Participate in weekly staffing meetings with technical staffs to proactively influence sound HR practices pertaining to recruiting. Insure all recruiting agencies are provided with company specifications for recruiting process and maintain agency contracts. Insure all paperwork in completed so employee records can be efficiently processed for new hires, including drug-screening processes.


A Bachelors Degree in HR, Psychology, or Equivalent business experience is required as well as a minimum of 3 years experience in a fast paced human resource environment. Candidate must possess a working knowledge of technical positions, market, and technical lingo. Excellent interviewing skills and superior knowledge of employment laws is required. Candidate must be highly proficient with PC and Internet search functions. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously as well as work independently is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize.

Salary Base: $55K - $65K
