Director, HRIS/Benefits Administration

In this newly created position, we will challenge you to implement and manage all HRIS/benefits administration and call center activities for our clients. In addition, we will rely on you to drive the strategic initiatives for this facet of our business.

Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years in-depth experience with extensive working knowledge in all functional areas of benefits design and administration plus a minimum of 5?6 years of supervisory/management experience. Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills are a must coupled with the demonstrated ability to consult effectively on all levels within an organization.

HR Business Partner

We will challenge you to work ?hands-on? with our clients to provide human resources expertise in all functional areas of the discipline. In addition, you will accompany our sales team on sales-calls; prepare sales proposals and network at various functions.

Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years in-depth experience with extensive working knowledge in all functional areas of Human Resources i.e., recruiting, benefits, compensation, organization design, employee relations, AA/Diversity planning, regulatory compliance and training. Excellent verbal, presentation and communication skills are a must coupled with proven PC skills (MS Office environment).
